“Trust your struggle.”

I’m on the train back from London to spend last 2 weeks in Gillingham- the town I wanted to get out of for a very long time. I’m thinking about one of the Ted talks I watched recently titled: “Trust your struggle” and how true things discussed in it are. The woman was saying about all the struggle she’s gone through with her family as a child and then later in adult life and how it all has led to getting her dream job and just simply being happy ( link here -> click ). I remember last October when I was saying I’m giving myself 6 months to move to London – the city I fell in love with long time ago. And you know what ?? I did it! I just got a job and I will be moving in exactly 11 days. ❤️ I’ve cried a lot through the process of applying for jobs, I was consumed by stress because I kept doubting myself and now it feels like weight was lifted off my shoulders. I don’t always deal in the best way with my struggles, but I do believe that if I go through that difficult time it will lead to great things and making my dreams come true. ✨

“Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.” – Mohandas Gandhi
